1. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, they were smiling, polite and happy to do anything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

3. We arrived in Chicago at 8am, were planning on dropping our bags with the bellman until check in at 3, but they suggested we check in first; so happy we did, our room was ready and we were able to go up and settle in way before the check in time.

6. I had the opportunity to eat a couple of my meals on my own in the restaurant on the property and was extremely happy with the quality of the food and the service.

7. The hotel was a random choice from Hotwire so I can't comment too much on the value, but for the price we paid at relatively short notice we were very happy, and I wouldn't hestitate to recommend this hotel to others.

9. Given the price, we were very happy with accommodations and service, but if we had to pay full price - then we would have switched to a different hotel.

Upon arriving, the front desk staff was exceptional, I can say the best staff I've seen comparing to another hotels, but what surprised me the most was, when we arrived to our room, there was a tray with strawberries covered with chocolate and two bottles of water and a greeting card saying 'happy Anniversary'.
