3. When I ordered room service for dinner, I told the room service attendant on the phone that I would like to use the $10 coupon I was given that clearly states on the coupon that it can be used for room service.

5. * No bar fridge in the rooms - so while theres tea and coffe facilities you need to send down and pay $8 for some milk to be delivered via roomservice if you like white tea/coffee.

8. When I asked them if they had an anniversary package over the phone, they said they didn't do anything like that, but at check in time, they upgraded us to a beautiful Deluxe View King Size room, facing the River, 2 levels above what we booked.

9. There was an empty space in the bureau for a refrigerator and that is the only thing I'd like to see added to the room.
