1. We had a late night incident with a noisy neighbor and when we called the front desk, they immediately took care of it.

8. I work in hotel business and know better then anyone else that things happen (and that is the reason why I did not made a fit about it) but I know too if you care and you motivate your staff to strive for customer service you would at least ask at the check-out how was your stay.

The staff was fantastic: from the front desk to Danielle in reservations, who I spoke with twice before we arrived and who made sure my requests were met with ease; the gentleman who took care of our luggage even after we checked out so we didn't have to carry it around; the ladies taking care of the rooms, they all were so friendly and always had a smile and a hello.
