1. tiny lobby, even smaller elevators and most of the rooms' views were of back alleys and not the Chicago skyline like we hoped.

8. Hey this is an old buiding so there are going to be some cosmetic issues like a lifting of some seams in the bathroom wallpaper, or the worn wooden floor in the lobby or the wonderfully creepy tilted shades on the many lights in the floor hallways or the tiny elevators.
