1. I can even way that I'm fairly particular when it comes to hotels (have been know to change a few times because I wasn't happy).

3. Starting with a front desk clerk named Alyce who has not been taught how to deal with an irate guest and chooses to give you the 'talk to the hand' sign when she herself is not happy AND will correct you when you mispronounce her name .

4. They were more than happy to point us in the direction of cheaper parking rather than pay for valet - they do not have a parking lot on site.
