1. 95/day for Wifi (which is typically free at most other hotels I've stayed at), and (2) no coffee maker in the rooms (but it is free every morning in the restaurant area).

5. small (hot) lobby and public areas, no free wifi (and the LAN cable in the bedroom didn't work), slow lifts, a free morning coffee service that didn't start until 7am (only a problem if you are up early liike I was), Business Centre was closed for 'renovation' - although I didn't see one workman in there all week.

7. The Lincoln Park zoo is free and wonderful - take a bike or walk through and take a picnic.
