3. If you get this hotel for around $100 then the location is worth it, otherwise, there are far better hotels in Chicago with staff that make you feel welcome.

Well we arrived precisely at 3pm for check-in, there was a massive line which i couldnt understand at first,, but as I approached the front desk I was 'greeted'' by a young lady named 'Sammy' who had the worst attitude as she said 'welcome to Westin, how can I serve you,' I smiled, provided her with the details and requested confirmation on my original requests.
