1. If you have any status at this hotel they seem not to care (I'm Platinum) and didn't offer any recognition or increased level of service.

3. I was shocked at how much he seemed not to care about what happened, despite the hotel mission statement of leaving guests feeling 'well-rested.

6. She cared that we had recieved poor service, apolgised for what happened and when we said that we were looking to come to Chicago again let her know and hopefully the Westin would make amends for the shoddy service recieved.
