1. We don't generally stay at 'fancy' or 'high end' hotels, and we both felt that this one did not live up to standards of the Westin name.

My biggest annoyance was the fact that when I aksed to speak to the general Manager I was told that they dont have a GM or assistant GM working on the weekends, I have never ever in all my years of staying in hotels around the world heard any any hotel that doesnt have a manager on duty at weekends.
