1. Also, I won't mention who for privacy reasons (and because I hear they stay in this hotel often) but we met some pretty big celebrities while we were there this weekend.

2. In 2012, when most travelers need and use the internet in their rooms, why do upscale hotel chains find it reasonable to gouge their customers? Just include internet in the room rate.

7. I have given a 4 star review only for one reason, when we arrived in our room someone had been smoking in the bathroom and it smelt awful.

8. Also, with a small child I had asked for a quiet room away from noise so that he wouldn't be bothered by noise and any noise from him would not bother other guests as much, and had explained my reasons for the request.
