5. We even called down for a wine key, as we remembered to bring the wine but forgot something to open it with, and the service representative opened the bottle for us and said he would be happy to come back if we needed anything additional.

6. If you want to go anywhere just ask a member of staff & they are happy to give directions or advise you where to visit, there is also a free shuttle (we didn't use it) & there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel.
