1. As the weather was coolish, we didn't have any problems with the heating/cooling system which have been highlighted by other guests.

5. It's an older property, and the heating and cooling system is probably not as sophisticated as a fancy new place, but we still did okay, and we did need the heat when things cooled down some.

9. I worked in an office building like that, and that means that if you have an unseasonably warm day in the heating season you will roast, or else you will freeze during an unseasonably cool day in the cooling season.

10. The restaurant in the hotel served only Chicago made drinks and we thought that was pretty cool, since we are from Baltimore and can't try them at home.
