1. There were many things to like about the hotel: 1) it was quiet; 2) the doorman and the cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful; 3) the personal care products in the bathroom were very nice; 4) the TV selection, while not vast, did include HGTV -- something that I always miss when I stay at male-oriented business hotels.

7. The Rafaello is on a quiet, lovely street just between Lake Shore Drive (lakefront) and The Hancock Tower and water tower, close to great skyline views, shopping, many restaurants, pubs and shopping, Oak Street beach and Navy Pier.
