2. positives:-Location-about a block off the magnificent mile, next to the John Hancock tower-Value-fair price for a decent room near the magnificent mile-Room-Comfortable-definitely in need of a refresh, but again the price was right-Refrigerator- I am always surprised when a hotel room does not have a refrigerator, but some do not.

4. Annoyed but trying to keep positive, we get into our room and the A/C was on full blast, set to 50 degrees but the air coming out wasn't cold, wasn't even cool.
