6. They've added a small hotel bar and have the most fabulous retaurant, Pelago, right next door (and we've eaten at most top Chicago restaurants so we know our food.

7. So much was within walking distance from this boutique hotel: the Chicago visitor's centre is just around the corner, numerous restaurants are scattered throughout the area and naturally, the shopping is fabulous.
