Why every mid price brand hotel gives service for
free
and upscale hotels persist on charging for something that is a necessity and not luxury is Rediculous.

Yes, you don't have breakfast included in your fee,
free
wi-fi, or a nightly happy hour.

The service in the frontdesk was bad, there is no breakfast, no
free
wi-fi in the rooms, the gym was a joke, my shower was not working and there was no worm water.

Fridge was good, as well as the microwave and Keurig machine - receive 2 k cups every day for
free
plus complimentary coffee and tea every morning in the bar area.

- A recommendation to management: make your wi-fi
free
for suite customers (at least); I realize that other hotels in the area also charge for internet service .

Good tip though: go up to the bar two floors down from the top for drinks and a
free
elevator ride, rather than paying to go all the way to the top.

In a time when many hotels offer
free
internet we found the prices very high and the system a pain in the butt as you have to ask for a new code every single day again from the front desk who are busy otherwise you can not access the net - the lobby offers
free
wifi but there is no privacy.
