But when I came down to your concierge to ask him for help changing my flight, this was his answer:But this was the worse and the cherry on the cake, on Friday night we notice a strong cigarette smell on our room, I call the front desk to report it, I have to tell you that I hate cigarette and even worse if I have to sleep in a room that smell like an ashtray, a 300 collar ashtray.

She made our stay so enjoyable, on the first day we asked her what she recommended we see, she went through the entire city and missed NOTHING off and wrote it on our map for us, we asked about the famous deep dish pizzas, she recommended her favourite and ordered it in for us, She even got us 2 tickets for the Second City comedy club for it's 100th review, which are like gold dust.

9. I can say i've done alot of travelling and in all the hotels i've stayed in I have never been blown away like i was in this hotel.

10. Also, as a side note, we all got a strange vibe from the other guests, like they were 'too cool for school' because they were staying at the Hard Rock.
