What I liked:- free WiFi (if you're a hotel that isn't offering free WiFi you're irritating your guests with the nickel & diming)- incredibly friendly and helpful staff- room looked great, very hip & stylish- room was huge and well laid out- really liked the smell of the bath products- great views and lots of huge windows- the hotel is located in one Chicago's most beautiful old buildings- I ordered room service twice and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the foodWhat I wished they would improve on:- bed wasn't that comfortable (mattress and sheets not great quality)- not enough plugs at the desk- no bathrobes (helpful for greeting the room service person bringing you breakfast)All in all, I would gladly recommend this hotel to a friend and stay there again.
