1. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, nice, slightly funky hotel.

4. Primarily because of the exceptional customer service of all the staff (front desk, concierge, housekeeping, waitstaff and bartender in the hotel bar) and it's convenient location.

7. Our son will be moving to Chicago at the end of the month and suffice it to say that the Hard Rock has been taken off of my 'lets stay here' list even though it's convenient to where my son will be attending college.
