2. The Vallet was very accomadating, opening doors every time we came in/out of the hotel with the stroller, giving us the best directions to Shedd Aquarium by subway so our kids could ride the train, and helping us load/unload all of our gear.

7. On a side note, the Trolley and Double decker tour bus company (the closest stop to the hardrock is located at Maralyn Monroe, you'll understand when you get here) is the best way to see all the city.

8. All I can really say is if you choose to stay at this hotel not only will you get the best prices for a centrally located hotel, you will get THE BEST concierge and team of staff in the city bar none.
