4. The hotel uses high quality toiletries, and the room was clean and reasonable sized, especially for an older hotel - built in 1920's i believe.

5. Location was awesome for shopping and for the John Hancock Building - only disappointment was how wintry it was in Chicago at the time considering it was May, however I suppose there's a reason why it's sometimes called the Windy City.
