6. nice lake view from large picture windows, the doormen are exceptionally nice every year, the concierge are always extrememly helpful with reservations and made some wonderful recommendations they are also pleasant to speak with, good pricepoint as far as the rooms, and the Palm Court for music in the evening on the weekends.
