Our visit was marred from the moment we arrived with an exaggeration of the view ('partial lake view' which turns out means 'cement wall'), filthy dishes (glasses and coffee cups), inadequate toiletries, incomplete information about dining, exorbitant fees for everything imaginable, tattered furniture (literally threads hanging off upholstery) an irritating phone answering system, and too many housekeeping staff who, while very apologetic and anxious to please after screw-ups, didn't seem to have the initiative or education to fix things ahead of time.
