6. I was once very dedicated loyal customer to Marriott and have had numerous wonderful experiences in their hotels both in the states and abroad but this was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in and has the most unprofessional & inconsiderate employees I have ever encountered.

7. The location was wonderful and Chicago is a very walkable city, so I took full advantage of walking to the many great shops, stores, and restaurants after my meetings were finished.

8. They had the usual wonderful Residence Inn hollofil pillows that seem to act like feather pillows--don't know how they do this or where I could get some for home but I really like them.
