1. This hotel is just like an apartment in new York City.

2. The mattress is rock hard, maybe they start out this way being that's it's new, therefore when they age they become softer (not much I wouldn't think though).

3. While the rooms are newly renovated with nice living room area open to wonderful kitchen space fully stocked for extended stays ie dishes, silverware, glasses, pans, utensils, full size refrig, microwave, small dishwasher, small oven and two or four electric burners, etc.

4. We got new towels and different amenities everyday, along with a fresh bed-change.

6. I guess our room was a studio since the bed was not in a separate room, but it was much more roomy than the last hotel room we stayed at in new York City.

7. The staff did tell us that the entire hotel was newly renovated in August of 2008.
