6. Free breakfast, free meals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (with beer and wine), very friendly staff, reasonable rates and and spacious rooms make this hotel a must if staying near the gold coast.

7. Oh and sign on the HVAC points out that the system is on either heat or cooling depending on time of the year, so another reason to dodge the property in Spring and Fall.
