1. The cleaning of the rooms were below average for this style of the hotel, however front of house were exceptional.

5. I have no complaints about this hotel except that we tried to bring a cooler in and they did not allow us to do so.

6. The location was great, we had a CityPass for the various museums and we walked to all of them except the Museum of Science and Industry, we walked to Willis Tower, etc.
