1. The staff took great care of us and went out of the way to provide for our needs.

2. It is a sliding door and never stayed on it's track, plus you could see in about an inch space of the side of the slider so my husband/daughter had to be careful to maintain privacy when in the bath room.

8. 'intimate' (door is translucent and to be honest, not well sized to the opening, even when closed you could pass a moderately sized paperback book in the gaps to the sides) but I was traveling by myself so who cares.
