2. The location is perfect, with easy walking distance to Millenium Park, the Lakefront, which is amazing, the fantastic shopping on Michigan, & easily accessible to the EL.

3. The Bed was utterly blissful- amazing, soft sheets (no top sheet, but I'm sure you could request one), perfect pillows & an amazing comforter & mattress- I had an amazing sleep & relaxed the following morning for a while because the bed was that comfy.

6. The rooms are so thoughtfully designed and the staff from the bellhop at the door to the concierge to the desk staff to the housekeeping staff really make the hotel the perfect experience for its guests.
