1. Almost every hotel employee (save our exceptional bellman) shared this aloof attitude, with most passing by guests without a greeting, and in many instances pushing ahead with carts, etc.

10. They are very customer service oriented, which when I travel I want, and I really can't say a negative thing about our experience except I found it rather odd that they didn't have an ironing board and iron alreadly in your room.
