1. Great service from all the staff, ready to accomodate you without any arguing, very helpful in tips about the city and a very nice location from michigan avenue with a very clean room.

2. We enjoyed our stay and encountered no issues other than the maid dropped my wife's makeup mirror while cleaning and placed it back on the counter in pieces like nothing happened.
