9. ) Another nice plus to this hotel is that the staff will gladly and safely accommodate your luggage should you arrive early (which we did) or depart late (which we also did); this enabled us to change quickly after our train trip in their lobby restroom and spend several hours walking around the city instead of just sitting somewhere having to monitor our luggage until our room opened up.
