1. I liked how the front desk gave a concierge booklet complete with a map when I checked in and gave me exact directions to places that we needed to and wanted to go.

2. I really think Hampton need to get a grip on their environmental policy because not only does it feel like eating on a cheap airline but I wouldnt imagine it was desirable to be throwing out all that rubbish each day.

5. My only complaints were pretty minor - would have liked more TV channel choices (good but not great) and would have liked more sitting options in the room.

6. We stopped at the hotel to drop off our bags (because we assumed we wouldn't be able to check in until 3pm like their website says) and our room was ready - so we got to check in early (for no extra cost).

9. With a warmth welcome from the Hapton staff, and the like-new rooms, this very well located hotel can not be beat in downtown Chicago.
