1. I thought that perhaps I could have found a cheaper room for the final night but since the location was practically unbeatable and I didn't want to take time from my vacation to pack/check out/shlep luggage/check in again, etc.

2. I still think I got my money's worth since a cheaper property probably wouldn't have had the four-star location or convenience (the Majestic is really just a couple of blocks away from the Palmer House, whose rates were 75%-100% more per night than what I paid).

9. Breakfast was better than your normal continental deal and saved us some money as we were able to skip lunch and eat an early dinner which was also a little cheaper.

10. Being so close to the blue and red lines make it a straight shot to/from O'Hare on the blue (much quicker and cheaper than a taxi) and to Wrigley Field and White Sox Park on the red.
