6. Yes, perhaps for some, the dark color of the rooms interior is not adequate for any reason, but for me it was perfect, it shows a distinctive touch to the whole hotel design but also provided me with fantastic sleep and general feeling of coziness.

8. Great service from start to finish - we came to Chicago over Labor Day weekend and when we got there the gentleman at the entrance checked to see if our room was ready - the rooms were beautiful and very cozy.
