6. The staff did a fantastic job keeping up with the demand on days that the breakfast crowd was big (never seemed to be out of anything but for a minute or so--even at the end of serving time at 10:00).

8. We chose this hotel as it was convenient to 3 subway lines, 2 blocks from Millennium park;plus it offered a nice big king sized suite for the 2 adult and 2 teens with queen-sized pullout couch and a mini refrig.

9. Now back to the issue which I mentioned in the subject and it concerns the breakfast lounge (which is effectively the reception) :It is far too SMALL for such a big hotel and the arrangement is poor .
