1. All the hotel staff we came into contact with were so nice, they were very pleasant, very helpful and always had a smile.

2. The lady on reception was very helpful and between herself and the manager the matter was rectified and they kept us informed as to what was happening throughout - they even sent some complimentary cakes to our room which we thought was a nice touch.
