1. I did appreciate that I could open the window a tad bit to get some fresh air in the room - nothing wrong with the heating/cooling in the room, but I do like fresh air.

Just down the road is the tourist information centre to get all the local maps and coupons etc, and right outside of there is a stop to get on one of the guided tourist busesChicago in itself is a beautiful place to go - make a visit to the Navy Pier, and The Chicago Cubs baseball stadium, Wrigley Field, for a guided tour around the place, thats really cool.

4. Overall my impression is that the hotel had a potential of being a cool quality hotel, but lack of professionalism in their service made us determine not going back.

5. The bathroom had this cool red foil wallpaper, tons of plush towels ( this was the 1st hotel where not only did I have to call for extra towels- there were actually towels we didn't use because there were so many of them.

6. The room was spotless and nicely decorated--photos of Chicago landmarks on the walls, a cool burnt orange-y wall covering in the bathroom that made the room glow peachy-pink.
