8. what can I say to tempt you to try it?The rooms were fantastic, spacious, clean and comfortable, fresh fluffy white towels every day, the location could not have been better, in the heart of Chicago, near to Macy's, shops, the bus tours, the visitors centre (where they serve a great latte) the metro and buses, walking distance to the river and some amazing architectureThe lifts were efficient and despite the size of the hotel we waited only a few moments to get a lift to our floorThe staff.
