1. So my outstanding question is that if you know it is not clearly marked as applicable in certain situations why don't you fix it and then you wont have any conversations in the future because it's clear.

3. Pros: --Location is great with many restaurants and shops in the area--Free breakfast and dinner is convenient, good quality and availability--outstanding service at breakfast by Connie who remembered me by name--Fitness center is good size and has a nice view on the 19th floor.

6. by the way location is outstanding and we felt very safe in the area (downtown Chicago is a very clean and friendly city)In Close if you are looking for a hotel with clean spacious rooms,great location including a great complementary breakfast to start your day and free wi-fi at a reasonable rate in downtown Chicago this hotel will fulfill your needs with a smile( I am smiling right now as I recall 4 great days in Chicago )Thank-You Homewood suites Chicago for all your hospitality .
