1. But it is a nice extra that I don't see at other hotels- Self-serve laundry available - Useful for longer stays- Friendly customer service.

2. We used their breakfast 2 mornings, they had someone seating you which helped move people in and out, and it was also nice so you knew no one was going to steal your table when you got up.

8. The kitchenettes are nice and there are two separate TV areas (bedroom and living area) if you have a need for multiple TVs.
