1. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.

Staff were helpful, and made an effort to set things right (Eg: When we found that the self-serve dryer could not dry our laundry properly, the maintenance staff offered to re-do it for free, and also keep an eye on the machine to ensure it would work)So-so (not exactly cons)- Wished that the dinner receptions could be extended to the entire week- Also wished that breakfast coud be extended to 11 for the weekdays.

5. We used their breakfast 2 mornings, they had someone seating you which helped move people in and out, and it was also nice so you knew no one was going to steal your table when you got up.
