3. i was requested to change rooms, for no apparent reason, i was under the impression the first room was a backup room in case of overbooking as i checked in very late, but I was actually downgraded to a smaller room the net day.

5. The hotel is very fresh, clean, the internet is good, Gym is sizeable and got what you need, Nice deep bath, pay movies available at reasonable price (unlike Sheraton).

8. The location is just off Times Square, the cost is reasonable, the rooms and the hotel itself have a lot of character and charm, and we have always received excellent service from the staff.

9. On holiday I expect a decent sized room with plenty of storage for my clothes etc due to this reason and this reason only I would not book to stay in this hotel if I were to return to New York in the future.
