1. Cleanliness was brilliant and the staff would help in anyway they could.

2. When we arrived the bell boy helped us with luggage and check in and although we were given a single bed room (that faced a vrick wall out the window) the man on receptiion quickly changed this for us and we were put in a nice double room.

5. The room we had the first night was really small, even by New Yorks Standards, however we made a query as to how much an upgrade would be, and the lassie was more than helpful.
