4. can you imagine? However, he did not make me feel stupid, but rather assured me that it was not an issue (asked for my ID and to confirm my room number); which I loved because I felt secure that random people could not obtain a key.

7. Although we did not spend much time in the hotel due to being out and about sight seeing, we still loved the hotel, it was extremely clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful.
