1. Now it is not really so nice, almost-but-not-quite shabby, and its ultra-cool starkness, comes off - in my opinion - as, well, cold.

4. The lobby is really cool and Dean and Deluca is right there for a quick coffee and muffin in the morning or else you can eat at the hotel restaurant for an amazing breakfast buffet.

10. You can't change the temp on it, and while it looks like you can turn off the heater, it didn't work so we had to open the window all night to cool down the room which I hate doing for environmental reasons, and if we hadn't been able to open it we would've had to leave it was so hot.
