The staff truly do want to make your visit enjoyable, so if you have any concerns I would definitely encourage you to approach them and see if they can help (please do so respectfully though, as all too often I find that people immediately resort to yelling as if the person at the front desk is responsible for the stain on the carpet in your room)- Get out there and enjoy New York.

The service was fantastic - friendly staff and very responsive to your needsI was there during the hurricane ( more of a tropical storm) when all of NYC was shut down - noone could get in or out of the city and people were being held ransom to the rates that hotels were charging as they knew there was no where to go.
