Reception while pleasant they didnt appear all that interested and the rooms could potentially do with a deep clean behind desks etc (pen fell down the back of desk and was a bit surprised)All in all a fabulous stay in New York, hotel is in a fantastic location, so close to everything and even though times square is crazy busy we were not disturbed by the noise outside.

6. That next morning I was considering looking elsewhere for the remaining 5 nights of my trip but was very pleasantly surprised by an email from a rep from the concierge desk (Patrick A from 'Wherever Whenever') checking in on me as he noted I had called for the same issue twice.

9. All in all though i must say as this is new york for me there wasnt much need to be in the hotel or our room for much time at all so it pleasant enough.
