1. The rooms are super clean, the staff is one of a kind, food was excellent, hotel is very affordable, and the customer service is absolutely the best I've ever had.

4. As a young married couple with limited income as students, we were on a tight budget to begin with and after paying nearly $3000 for 7 nights and being charged $100 on check-in for 'accidentals' we simply could not afford to pay anything extra 'just in case'.
