1. NYC has a well deserved reputation of being fast paced and rather impersonal, but the treatment I recieved from the moment I was deposited at their doorstep, until I departed, was exemplary.

3. the room next to me was having a domestic dispute in the middle of the night, I called the front desk because of the noise and by the time I hung up the phone security was up there to resolve the situation, very pleased, room service was super fast as well.
